Sore and achey joints and muscles are a struggle in our house. So, it’s no surprise that I’ve decided to share two back to back favorites. This is one of my favorite blends not only for myself but also for my little one. I particularly like this blend in a base of Trauma Oil.
Of course, I do sugest that you consult with your doctor and an aromatherapist before using any blend that you find online and always double-check the dilution ratios for yourself.
Important notes:
This blend is a massage oil diluted to just over 1.5% dilution ratio. My prefer carrier is Trauma Oil for myself and a mix of jojoba and fractionated coconut oil for my daughter.
Citrus & Spice Massage Oil
Add the following to an empty 30ml glass bottle:
5 Drops of Fragonia
5 Drops of Black Pepper
5 Drops of Sweet Orange
30 ML (one ounce) of Desired Carrier Oil.

Citrus&Spice Massage Oil
An uplifting blend for muscle and joint discomfort
Ingredients
- 5 Drops of Fragonia
- 5 Drops of Sweet Orange
- 5 Drops of Black Pepper
- 1 Ounce of Carrier Oil
Directions
- Add oils to a 30ML glass bottle.
- Fill the remainder of the bottle with carrier oil of choice.
- Shake Gently
- massage affected area gently with a small amount of oil
